A philosophy that comprehends different physical practices as well as spiritual ones while following ethical guidelines.
In this workshop, we will come together and get to practice some of the daily activities of a Yogi. The goal is to find or maintain a balance between Body and Mind in all areas of life and to cultivate inner peace and well-being.

Final Relaxation with a restorative Sound Bath.
