Combine a contemplative practice of Hatha Yoga with a restorative sound bath. Slowly and gently hold poses for a while to get the most benefit. This is not just stretching the body, this is engaging with it at every level. While in a posture, the focus is on gaining intimate knowledge of the body and its bio-energies: observing the thoughts, emotions, sensations, and actions that arise in and around, while remaining non-reactive. Connect in this way to the essence of your being. Encouraging relaxation and happiness rather than effort or strain. Restore with a sound bath offered during final relaxation by our certified sound practitioner.
