Rosemary Parmesan Popcorn

Rosemary Parmesan Popcorn

  • 3 tbsp coconut oil, plus a little extra
  • 1/3 cup popcorn kernels
  • 2 tbsp fresh grated Parmesan
  • 1 tbsp fresh rosemary
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp sea salt


  • In a large covered sauce pan heat the coconut oil over medium high heat with 4-5 kernels. Once they pop add remaining kernels. Shake the pan while popping, when popping slows remove from the heat and pour in a large bowl. In a blender combine Parmesan, Rosemary, garlic powder, and salt. Blend until Rosemary is finely chopped. Add a little extra melted coconut oil to popcorn (if desired) and toss with herb mixture. Enjoy!
