SUP Yoga! Nicole Capra will be leading us for some paddle board yoga. We usually see lots of dolphin and manatee in the area, makes for a very peaceful yoga and paddle experience. Never been paddle boarding? Not a problem, we can teach you. Never done yoga? Not a problem either! I will be with the group to teach the paddle boarding, plus, our yoga teacher is a certified yoga instructor and paddle board instructor. We've got you covered! It will be $30 for board rental and class, $15 for the class if you have equipment. If you bring your own please bring an anchor, not a must have, but it really helps keep the group together.
